Now Accepting Applications For Our 2018 Non-Profit Pro Bono Client
It’s our favorite time of year here at KYC! No, not just because the holidays have arrived. It’s because we have officially started the search for our 2018 pro bono client!
Each year the KYC team takes on a pro bono client from the nonprofit world to assist them with a project that will help advance their marketing and communications program and leave a mark on their audience. While the KYC team gives back to our community throughout the year by volunteering and contributing financially to various organizations, this project is special to us because it allows us to use our talents to give back. There are a ton of nonprofits out there, but not all of them have people on staff with marketing and communications experience. This is a way for us to contribute in a unique way and with services that are really needed. We’ve worked with some really cool non-profits and we’re really excited for the list to grow! Our past pro bono clients include: Fathers’ Uplift, First Teacher and InnerCity Weightlifting.
Think we can help your organization? Apply by sending us an email that contains the following information:
The need to know details about your about your nonprofit.
Your marketing goals as an organization.
The project you’d like us to help you with.
The deadline for submissions is December 15th, 2017. Once the staff has voted, we’ll notify the pro bono we choose by December 29th, 2017.
Here’s what we look for in submissions:
-A specific project that you would like our help with. The project can take any shape or form, from email communications, to a marketing program for sustained fundraising, to creating a social media program. Whatever will help to best support you and get the message out there about the great work you are doing.
-Give us the background, details and fun facts about your organization. Who started it? What’s your mission? Who benefits from the services you offer?
-Most importantly, have fun with it and show us your personality so you’ll stand out!
